Hada de Pero Nuga
Nuga was a queen from the court of ancient Mesopotamia, also known as Naqi’a. She had complete mastery of the healing arts. Here she is teaching shamans to use colours, shapes and sounds – all of which are symmetrical patterns of energy – for healing. She is cloaked in chacruna leaves.
Flowing from her hand are luminescent gemstones, pearls and crystals representing the great teachings of antiquity that still inform and shape our culture. She shows us how the shape and use of our hands underpins civilisation and distinguishes us from the other primates.
